Accessibility Statement

NETIUS is committed to ensuring the HELP portal is usable by the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.

Last updated · July 2026

Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We continually review the portal and improve it as standards evolve and as we hear from the people who use it.

What we've focused on

  • Semantic HTML structure with clear headings and landmarks.
  • Keyboard-navigable menus, forms, and interactive controls.
  • Sufficient color contrast in both light and dark themes.
  • Descriptive alt text for meaningful images and icons.
  • Form fields with visible labels and clear error messages.
  • Focus indicators that remain visible during keyboard navigation.

Known limitations

Some third-party embedded content and legacy attachments may not fully meet our accessibility targets. Where we can't fix an issue directly, we work to provide an accessible alternative on request.

Assistive technology

HELP is tested with current versions of major browsers together with common screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA) and OS-level zoom. If you rely on a specific tool and encounter a barrier, please let us know.

Reporting an issue

If you find something that's difficult to use, email web@neti.us or open a ticket through the contact page. Please describe the page, the barrier you encountered, and the assistive technology you're using so we can reproduce and fix it quickly.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We factor it into design reviews, code changes, and content updates, and revisit this statement as the portal evolves.
